• Reduced ML hardware ramp-up time by 60% by strategically consolidating 14 fundamental courses into a streamlined 5-course curriculum.

• Directed the end-to-end program lifecycle for critical New Product Introductions (NPIs), including Ironwood TPU and AX4 GPU, from discovery, content development and design, through global release.

• Developed and implemented comprehensive training solutions for a portfolio of 75+ projects supporting over 10 business-critical initiatives for a global audience of 20,000 learners.

• Defined technical AI specifications for the "Create Agent" project and orchestrated a comprehensive overhaul of L&D assessments using AI-driven innovation.
