Summary: Rabbit Corporate Training (fictional company) specializes in the delivery of leadership and soft skills training with enterprise level organizations. They are shifting their training delivery model to online, synchronous workshops. This is a new shift in the company's vision, and Rabbit's current workshop trainers lack Virtual Instructor-Led Training, or VILT, facilitation skills and curriculum development.

Challenge: Provide a training solution to enhance online, synchronous instructional competencies during virtual instructor-led trainings.

Solution: The purpose of this "Train the Trainer" workshop is to improve Rabbit's level of service by enhancing the trainer's online teaching capabilities. This training encourages trainers to find creative ways to motivate learners in a synchronous, online environment via Zoom virtual conferencing platform. Learners will design, evaluate, and revise a virtual training course that incorporates adult learning theories, appealing presentation design and online presence, and limitations to digital overload.

Results: Expected behavioral change towards online workshops from current trainers.

Summary: SquidFin, a Financial Tech Company, specializes in supporting small businesses grow and manage their finances. SquidFin is expanding, and wants to allocate funds towards an onboarding solution to support the growth of their team and vitality of their growing business. After a thorough needs analysis, three areas of improvement were identified.

Challenge: Provide a privacy and security-based training solution for new and existing employees. Create a knowledge base for new employees to locate task-related content and teams. Create an onboarding solution for new employees to build and understand job-related responsibilities.

Solution: The development of a formal training program, knowledge base, and onboarding solution to be implemented within 90 day of sign-off.

Results: Within one year of releasing this program, all SquidFin new hires will contribute to increasing revenue while functioning at 90%+ of their fullest productivity rates.
