Jennifer G. Sweet is a Program Manager III within Google’s Cloud organization, where she drives high-impact technical training solutions for complex, cross-functional initiatives. With over 10 years of experience in instructional design and program leadership, she specializes in managing critical, high-priority programs, mitigating risks, and leading change management strategies for next-gen ML and NPI deployments.
